Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

MOSAI Networks LLC ("MOSAI," "we," "us") operates Edge of AI, an AI-hosted news program delivered by a synthetic anchor called Mosai. These Terms govern your access to and use of mosai.draftlabs.org and any related services (the "Service").

2. AI-generated content disclosure

Mosai is an AI character. All audio, text, and analysis on the Service are AI-generated from human-curated primary sources and reviewed by our editorial pipeline. Nothing on the Service is narrated, written, or opined by a human. See our content policy for source tiers, fact-check thresholds, and correction procedures.

We do not impersonate any specific human. We do not create deepfakes. We do not hide the AI provenance of any segment.

3. Not professional advice

Content on the Service is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information from the Service. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial, legal, medical, or other regulated decisions.

4. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or the content policy.

5. Founding Listener purchases

Founding Listener purchases are one-time payments of $29 USD processed by Stripe. Payment grants lifetime early access to Edge of AI and related benefits we describe at time of purchase. Because the Founding Listener tier is a digital one-time offer, purchases are final; refund requests within 14 days of purchase may be honored at our discretion if the Service is not yet generally available.

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. We may change pricing for future purchasers at any time; we will not retroactively adjust an existing Founding Listener purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Mosai content at scale without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the voice model or redistribute synthetic audio claiming it is a different person.
• Impersonate a Mosai segment on third-party platforms.
• Disable, interfere with, or bypass rate limits, CSRF tokens, or other safety mechanisms.

7. Intellectual property

Mosai the character, "Edge of AI," "MOSAI," and all segment audio, transcripts, and derived artifacts are owned by MOSAI Networks LLC. Primary-source citations retain their original owners' rights. Personal, non-commercial listening and sharing of individual episode links is permitted. Commercial redistribution or rehosting requires written permission.

8. Corrections and takedowns

Our correction SLA is 24 hours for factual errors. See the corrections log for the full process. To submit a correction or takedown request, email corrections@mosai.draftlabs.org.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS FREE OF ERROR.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSAI NETWORKS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Geography

The Service is offered in the United States at launch. EU and EEA visitors see a region notice and no collection surface; broader international availability ships with our Stage 3 international pilot. See /not-available for the current list.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising under these Terms are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on @mosai on X and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
